Tesla , the shining star of technology , delivered a record-breaking 241,300 electric vehicles in the third quarter , significantly exceeding expectations in its sales as other US automakers suffered a decline in sales due to a global chip shortage. If we look at the report
published recently, we can see that the majority of Tesla deliveries are the new Model 3 sedan and Model Y crossover. Tesla announced that 9,275 of the vehicles it delivered were Model X and S , with deliveries increasing by 20% since the second quarter and by 73% compared to the same period last year.
Tesla produced 237,823 electric vehicles in the third quarter, allowing the company to set another record.
Elon Musk congratulated the company and its employees on behalf of this increase in delivery and production figures with a tweet. In a separate tweet, Musk said, “ Many thanks to our suppliers and logistics partners for coming despite great challenges! " Wrote.
